Description: The GlycoEnzDB is a manually curated glycoEnzyme database, primarily focused on humans. It covers 390 enzymes across 28 pathway maps. Facilities are also available to create custom glycosylation reaction pathways using experimental data in SBML format and for pathway simulation

• Protein GlcTs POGLUT2 and POGLUT3 catalyzes O-Glc biosynthesis on serine residue between 3rd and 4th Cys in EGF domain of selected proteins: NOTCH1 and NOTCH3
• Such glycosylation occurs at the consensus sequence peptide C-X-N-T-X-G-S-F-X-C
