Description: The GlycoEnzDB is a manually curated glycoEnzyme database, primarily focused on humans. It covers 390 enzymes across 28 pathway maps. Facilities are also available to create custom glycosylation reaction pathways using experimental data in SBML format and for pathway simulation

• Catalyzes cleavage of α2,3 sialic acid on various glycolipids, glycoproteins and oligosacharides in cellular cytoplasm.
• Shown to function on GM1, GD1a, GT1b ganglioside. Also cleaves sialic acid on glycoprotein and milk oligosaccharides.
