Where do I find some starting input files to test your code?
These are available at the Sourceforge site (http://glycopat.sourceforge.net) and also at github (https://github.com/kaichengub/GlycoPAT).
What platform will the program run on?
The program operates on PC, Mac and Linux systems. It is platform independent.
Is this program being further developed?
Yes, as of Fall 2017, we are developing new modules to increase the analysis speed by 2-3 fold. We are also improving the GUI interface for ScoreGUI to include monoisotopic mass calculations and parallel computing on local desktops. Finally, the entire BrowseGUI is being revamped and integrated with DrawGlycan-SNFG. We look forward to releasing the new version of the code at the same site in Spring/Summer 2018!
